BUSHING

WOW WOW .... DU-BUSHING, what does "DU" stands for? Anyone? After doing some research, quite a number of people feedback DU stands for DRUM UNIT. hmmm still i am not too sure but come to think about it, does makes sense. :p

And for some of you that not know yet, let me tell you DU-Bush material are common with steel back, sintered bronze and ..... PTFE (i just found out on this).  DU-Bush is widely used in all kinds of industries. One of them is our industry, Heavy Equipment Industry!

PIN DUST SEAL

SPECIAL SEAL!

why do i say this is rather special than the rest of them? Its a dust seal as well but has a different application as application is outside the cylinder rathen than inside. It has a strong a macho kinda look. Quality wise, is as macho as its looks ^^

As a strong quality, sometime, you might not even need to change this seal application while you change the inner seal as Pin Dust Seal is last longer than the other type of seal.

Like our language culture normally says : worry not LAhhhhhh .. Satisfaction is guaranteddd suree oneee ^^

SWIVEL JOINT

Some call it Centre while others call it Swivel Seal. Left turn, Right turn, U-Turn.... That is what this particular hydraulic is doing. Therefore, the right seal has to be fixed in this application. This application will need a type of seal that can last long after being shaken here and there and also seal that has elasticity is best choice for this.

MAIN PUMP

Likewise, Main Pump is the hottest Part in you machine that you need to change your seal all the time. However, isnt it troublesome and time consuming to change your seal all the time? Our Accounts departments took their time to calculate the amount of sum that consumer lost if they need to always change their seal at an unreasonable period of time. And m sure you wouldn't want to know the amount as it will only frustrate you more.

PISTON SEAL

Its like "Chicken and Egg" yeah... if you ask me which one is more important? Rod seal or Piston Seal? i would say both are equally important. ^^

Therfore, if we use NOK forthe ROD seal, we will also tell you the Piston seal should be in NOK as well. You will be amazed by its quality of product. Well, i would not deny NOK piston seal price is on the high side compare to the OEM quality seal. But in terms of its quality? NOK is also on the high side and you will feel you've spend your money wisely!

DUST SEAL

Why do we still need DUST SEAL when we are already using great ROD SEAL? Dust Seal is used to prevent the dust from entering the inner of hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, when you use good dust seal, the oil inside hydraulic cylinder will be in a better state of cleaniness. This also helps to protect the rod seal from getting weaker due to small particle of dust that may stuck inside.

We have 2 different types of dust seal to offer:

both are equally good which depends on the preference of your mechanic
